Shipping policy

Cash on Delivery (COD):
For your convenience, we primarily offer Cash on Delivery. You can pay the total amount in cash to the courier representative at the time of delivery.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message. Our logistics partner handles the tracking, and you can contact our support team if you need updates on your parcel status.
Damages:
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging to initiate a claim.
